Please note that bookings made are subject to the following terms and conditions. The person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions on behalf of the individuals staying at Mornington Peninsula Glamping.

Due to our permit restrictions our Glamping site is for ADULTS ONLY. We do not have facilities suitable for children or babies. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to stay at the glamping site.

We have zero tolerance for GROUP BOOKINGS. If it is found that multiple tents have be booked by the same group we will ask you to leave with no refund.

Extra room charges may apply. You will be charged an amount from $50 for cleaning charges if the tent is dirty due to not taking shoes off before entering the tent and if any items are missing or broken you will be charged their market value.


All information will be provided to you via text for self checkin.

Check in/Check out

Check in: 3:00pm – 5:00pm (please contact us for arrivals after 5pm).

Check out: 11am

Cancellation policy

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check in date to avoid any fees. The admin fee for any cancellation is $20. Cancellations or reschedules made 30 days or less prior to the scheduled check in date will be required to pay 100% of the booking.

Mornington Peninsula Glamping reserves the right to cancel bookings.

Weather conditions:

All bookings are subject to suitable weather conditions. Mornington Peninsula Glamping has the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to bad weather such as high winds, fire risks and heavy rainfall.

You will be notified in advance if such conditions occur.

Limited Liability:

Mornington Peninsula Glamping will not be liable for the following:

- Injury caused by but not limited to animals or insects

- Injury caused by but not limited to weather

- Injury caused by accidents including but not limited to compromised tents

- Loss or theft but not limited to any personal items 

Glamping is not suitable for pregnant women.


Campfires are prohibited due to planning regulations. We are in a fire danger area and not permited to have open campfires. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that the Hot Springs Package is non refundable as we work in collaboration with the Hot Springs. The guest will need to contact the Hot Springs directly.


Gift Vouchers and Credits

Gift vouchers and credits expire on the date that is specified on the physical document ('valid until' date). You must stay with us before the voucher expires. Once the voucher has expired you forfeit the right to extend the voucher or credit. You must extend the voucher or credit before it expires. We have high volumes of bookings and therefore you need to book in advance to ensure your voucher is redeemable. Gift vouchers and credits must be redeemed 1 month before their expiry to leave time to secure a booking within the gift voucher period. We have a strict policy that if the booking is made within the last month and there is no availability then we have the right to not honour the voucher.  Vouchers and credits cannot be transferred to other parties. 

Gift vouchers can only be purchased between October 2019 and May 2020 as a promotion before winter.
